For the ambitious Christian woman who has done all the “right” things

Peace doesn’t come from pressure. It comes from presence.

I help Christian women who feel weary in their walk rise after hardship — rebuilding faith, emotional resilience and a renewed sense of purpose through the Settle & Soar Pathway™.

Her story, in her own words.

Kelsey's testimony on rebuilding faith after hardship — and what the Settle & Soar Pathway™ actually is.

If this is you

You’re not lazy. You’re not faithless. You’re exhausted.

From the outside it looks like you’re holding it together. Inside, you’re spiritually dry, emotionally worn out, and quietly wondering where God went.

  • 01

You live in checklists, perfection and pressure — and you’re terrified of what happens if you let go.

  • 02

You still show up: for your family, your work, your church. But you’re running on empty and rebounding slower every time.

  • 03

You pray, but you can’t hear Him. It feels like He walked ahead and left you to manage on your own.

  • 04

You’re carrying disappointment, anger or grief that was never yours to carry — and you’ve gotten very good at managing it alone.

  • 05

You’ve read the books, done the studies, tried to push through. Something in you knows striving harder isn’t the answer.

  • 06

You want to trust Him with the pieces of your life you’ve been holding tightly. You just don’t know how to start.

Lasting peace isn’t found in doing more. It’s found in His presence.

The method

The Settle & Soar Pathway™

Twelve weeks of guided work built on four pillars. You settle first — nervous system, emotions, honesty with God — and only then do you soar. Trying to fly before you’ve settled is exactly what burned you out the first time.

I

Faith & Identity

Come back to who God says you are — before the roles, the résumé and the expectations.

  • Name the lies you’ve been agreeing with about yourself
  • Rebuild an honest, relational connection with God instead of a transactional one
  • Learn to hear Him in stillness rather than in noise
II

Emotional Healing & Resilience

Stop managing your emotions alone. Learn to feel them, name them and bring them to God.

  • Step out of fight-or-flight and into a regulated, settled body
  • Name the fear underneath the control — and grieve what needs grieving
  • Build the rhythms that bring you back when a hard season hits
III

Purpose & Calling

Move forward with clarity — not because you forced a door, but because He opened one.

  • Get clear on the calling He has actually placed on your heart
  • Take bold, specific next steps without abandoning your peace
  • Learn to wait patiently when the answer is “not yet”
IV

Financial Stewardship & Stability

Faith and money are not separate conversations. Steady ground here steadies everything else.

  • Face your numbers honestly, without shame spirals
  • Make decisions from stewardship instead of scarcity or panic
  • Build stability that lets you say yes to what God is asking of you

Stories of renewal

Real women. Real breakthrough.

Every word below is from a woman who walked the Pathway.

This program is eye-opening! I came in feeling exhausted, rigid, and afraid to trust…always living in checklists, perfection, and pressure. I carried the belief that if I let go, I’d be abandoned, so I held everything tightly, even my relationship with God.

Over these twelve weeks, I’ve found so much more peace in all walks of life. I feel at ease instead of under pressure, and I rebound from hard things with strength instead of spiraling. I’ve learned to release control and to wait patiently on God, knowing that if one door closes, He will open another in His timing.

The week that impacted me most was when we named our fears. For me, it was realizing I was afraid to trust God because I had never been able to trust anyone; everyone leaves. But now I see that He never will. That truth alone has changed everything.

Today, I know I am not an accident. God has always had a plan for me. I walk forward with peace, confidence, and faith, finally trusting Him with the pieces of my life I once tried to control.

Nicole Moore

When I look back to 12 weeks ago, I honestly feel like I was a completely different person. Back then, I was stressed out about everything, burned out, and exhausted. Now I can see such a big difference in every part of my life — my parenting, my marriage, and just how I show up day to day.

I’ve found more peace, I’ve built spiritual rhythms that actually help me come back to God in the chaos, and I’ve even seen a shift in my community and friendships. One of the biggest lies I’ve let go of is thinking I had to be perfect all the time. Now I know the truth: God is always with me, He knows my heart, and I can lean on Him when things feel heavy.

I don’t want to go back to who I was — I want to keep growing in this peace and keep being open about my faith.

Morgan Scheff

Working with Kelsey has truly been a gift. I began working with her at a very low point, feeling completely disconnected from God and stuck in life. She has helped me find peace in the unknown and given me tools to move forward with purpose in the present and hope in the future.

It has been terrifying, exhausting, and life giving all at the same time. I truly felt so lost several months ago. Yes, I still have healing and work to do, but I feel so much more regulated and able to live a purpose filled life. For the first time I truly feel like I’m growing a relational rather than transactional connection to God. I no longer feel guilty for prioritizing rest and taking time for practicing habits that ground me.

Anna

I joined Settle & Soar doubting God and hating myself. I felt like I was always punishing myself for things that weren’t even my fault. My biggest struggle was self-doubt, thinking I wasn’t good enough, wasn’t capable, and couldn’t hear from God.

The biggest shift for me was learning to slow down enough to actually hear Him. He speaks to me through music, and now I’m intentional about listening. I stopped hitting the same brick wall over and over and started looking for the path around it. Today, I’m walking into a leadership position I never even prayed for, because God was preparing me all along.

If you’re hesitating, I want you to know: I wasn’t in a financial position to do this, but I figured out what worked and said yes. Don’t let the world shape you.

Renee DuMouchel

When I joined Settle & Soar, I was a wreck. I had a relationship with God, but I didn’t feel like He was walking with me. I was angry all the time, in a toxic work environment, living in a new city with no community.

The biggest shift for me was realizing I didn’t have to carry everything alone. The disappointment and anger I was holding onto was never mine to carry in the first place. I learned to sit in the really hard emotions and bring them to God instead of trying to manage them on my own. Today, my life is still hard, but it’s manageable. I’m not as anxious. I have tools. Healing isn’t linear, but I’m moving forward.

If you’re afraid to take the next step: whatever you’re walking through is scary, terrifying even, hard. But the outcome of doing this work is worth the effort.

Kelsey helped me take a step back from my busy life, focus on God’s calling for me and helped me recognize that I can hear God through stillness. If you’re looking to grow closer to God and have a deeper faith in Him, Kelsey will help guide you to know, love and trust Him again in all seasons of your life. You will gain clarity and confidence through her step work.

This program has been teaching me what it means to truly surrender to God. Even in the messiness, He keeps reminding me that it’s not mine to carry, I can give it all to Him.

One of the most powerful moments for me was simply closing my eyes, placing my hand over my heart, and breathing deeply. In that stillness, I felt God’s presence and was reminded that I’m still here for a purpose and that He has a plan for me. I’m beginning to catch a flicker of peace and see more clearly how God’s hand has been covering me and my kids. I may not feel fully grounded yet, but step by step, I know growth is coming.

Victoria Helton

Through this program, I’ve been impacted most by simply sitting with God in silence. In those quiet moments, I’ve experienced His guidance in such a real way. Since starting this phase, I feel closer to God and more aware of His presence in my daily life. Honestly, this program has been so good and healing. If a friend asked me about it, I’d tell them they need to do it!

Ruth Teiman

Settle & Soar Pathway helped me realize how exhausting control really was. I learned I don’t have to push through my entire day without pause, and that the peace I experience with God in the morning can be recreated throughout the day. Now I’m taking intentional breaks, reconnecting with God, and feeling more grounded in both my faith and my body.

Cassy Miller

Settle & Soar with Kelsey helped me renew my mind and speak truth over myself during anxiety. I’m more peaceful, more grounded in who God called me to be, and I’ve learned I don’t have to be everyone’s everything. My hunger for God’s Word has grown, and I’m finally finding peace in the quiet moments instead of rushing past them.

Lisa Lunsford

Working with Kelsey helped me be honest with God again. I learned how to name my emotions and bring them to the Lord instead of reacting out of overwhelm. Even in a hard season, I feel a steady strength in my heart that I know is God, and I’m learning to surrender and trust Him instead of trying to control everything.

Lindsey Dalton

Settle & Soar reminded me who I am again. I learned to slow down, sit with God, and trust Him even when I don’t have all the answers. Because of that, I found the courage to take steps I wouldn’t have taken before, knowing God has my back.

Kelsey is the kind of coach who truly listens and sees you. Because she’s walked her own healing journey with God, she knows how to help women step out of fight-or-flight and into peace, purpose, and freedom. If you’re ready to heal emotionally, grow spiritually, and say yes to the life God is calling you to — this is your sign.

Nicole Keeler

Kelsey’s character can be trusted; making her words invaluable. She provides a step by step guide to keep track of where you are while encouraging you into a better place. She provides prayers and realistic action steps towards a better day & life, and space for you to write — where you can in the future look back to see how God has worked in your life. I highly recommend working with her. You will not regret it.

Kaya May

Kelsey’s masterclass really opened my eyes to the way I think and how God truly sees me. It gave me space to slow down, reflect, and feel grounded in who I am. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who wants both clarity and peace in their walk.

Emily Fisher

Kelsey has seen me cry in emotional pain and frustration — I was so heartbroken. True healing with Jesus was and is hard for me but so worth it: letting go of the burden, the hurt, the pain, all the lies said about me that I believed and that controlled me for many years. I honestly was even having a hard time signing up for Kelsey’s Settle & Soar program. Thank God I took a leap of faith.

Meet Kelsey

A woman of faith, resilience and purpose.

Hi, I’m Kelsey — a faith-based coach and the founder of the Settle & Soar Pathway™. After years of trying to carry life on my own, I discovered the freedom of letting God renew my strength. Now I help high-achieving Christian women step out of survival mode and into the clarity, peace and purpose He designed for them.

Over the last decade I’ve walked through burnout, career loss, cross-country moves and even a near-fatal accident. In every season, God’s presence has been the anchor that turned pain into peace and gave me a clearer identity in Him. That journey became the Settle & Soar Pathway™, and today I walk with women like you into freedom, faith and lasting peace.

My mission is simple: to help women stop striving, reconnect with God’s presence, and step boldly into the life they were called to live — rooted, chosen and renewed.

Honestly

Who this is for — and who it isn’t

This is for you if…

  • You’re a Christian woman who’s achieved a lot and still feels spiritually dry.
  • You’re willing to be honest — with yourself, with me, and with God.
  • You’re done white-knuckling it and open to slowing down enough to hear Him.
  • You want tools you’ll still be using when the next hard season comes.
  • You’re ready to commit twelve weeks to doing the actual work.

This isn’t for you if…

  • You want a quick fix or a formula that skips the settling part.
  • You want someone to hand you answers rather than walk with you to them.
  • You’re not in a season where you can give this your honesty and attention.
  • You’re looking for clinical mental-health treatment — this is faith-based coaching, not therapy.

Questions

Before you apply

Twelve weeks. It’s long enough for real change to settle in, and short enough that you can see the other side of it from where you’re standing today.

No. This is faith-based coaching. We work on your relationship with God, your emotional resilience and your next steps. If you’re in need of clinical mental-health care, I’ll say so honestly — and coaching can sit alongside it, but it doesn’t replace it.

That’s the most common place women start. Almost every woman in the stories above came in feeling disconnected, dry or angry. Learning to slow down enough to hear Him is a large part of the work — not a prerequisite for it.

The investment is discussed on your alignment call, once I understand your situation and we both know it’s a fit. The application asks about your finances so that conversation is honest from the start.

Busy isn’t the problem — unwilling is. If you can be honest and give the work your attention, a full season is often exactly when this matters most. If you genuinely can’t, I’d rather you wait and come back than start half-in.

Kelsey reads your application personally and prayerfully. If it looks like a fit, she reaches out to schedule an alignment call where you talk through where you are, what you need and whether the Pathway is the right next step.

You were made for more than survival mode.

You don’t have to carry it alone, and you don’t have to have it figured out before you start. You just have to be honest, and willing.
